Spartan Race Hong Kong - Volunteer Recruitment
Volunteer is a vital part of Spartan Race, without your help we will not be able to host these amazing events.
Here are the perks for being our volunteer:
- Free Shuttle bus transport to the venue on event day
- Free lunch and snacks on event day
- Free Volunteer T-shirt
- Spartan Race Hong Kong race credits for future race
- Volunteer Loyalty Program
SHUTTLE BUS
We have arranged shuttle bus pick-up service for volunteers in Admiralty, Prince Edward and Yuen Long. (Time: TBC)
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING
Below are some suggestions on what to wear and bring on race day:
- Mosquito repellent
- Extra water/ food
- A towel, wet/ dry tissues
If the weather is sunny, you may consider to bring:
- Sunscreen/ a hat
- Long sleeves and pants (UNDERNEATH the RED Volunteer T-shirt)
Incase of rain, you may consider to bring:
- A set of clean clothes, socks and shoes
- A plastic bag to carry dirty clothes or shoes
MEAL ARRANGEMENT
Spartan Race Hong Kong will arrange lunch delivery to each zone resting tent on the course. Lunch will be distributed by ZONE LEADER. Please wait for your zone leader for lunch arrangement instructions.
RULEBOOK & MAPS
Your respective zone leaders will share the Spartan rulebook and course maps. Please read the rulebook and course maps carefully.
VOLUNTEER LOYALTY PROGRAM
Spartan Race always appreciates the hard work and dedication of our volunteers. Spartan Race certainly would not be as successful without any of you guys. Starting from this year, we will be implementing some new arrangements to improve volunteer experience and to recognise volunteers’ contributions, including:
1. Volunteering hours will be recorded from now on, exclusive Spartan gifts will be rewarded according the accumulated hours (scroll to the bottom to see the chart)
2. To start and maintain Spartan Volunteers community platforms (Facebook group), for the use of:
- to upload/ share volunteers photos
- to provide a platform for volunteers to get to know each other
- to provide the most up-to-date volunteers’ perks and benefits

活動當日，我們將會在金鐘、太子及元朗安排了接駁巴士服務給各位義工。 （時間：待定）

以下是一些關於比賽當天的建議裝備：
- 驅蚊劑
- 額外的水/食物
- 毛巾、濕紙巾/乾紙巾
如果天氣晴朗，你可以考慮準備：
- 防曬霜/帽子
- 長袖和長褲（在紅色斯巴達義工T恤下方）
如果下雨，你可以考慮準備 ：
- 一套乾淨的衣服、襪子和鞋子
- 用來裝髒衣服或鞋子的膠袋
膳食安排
香港斯巴達障礙賽會安排午餐送至各區的帳篷休息區。午餐將由你的組長分發，請耐心等待。
